Laced-up running shoes, team spirit activated, and off we went! At the 10th BAUHAUS Company Run in Mannheim on June 26th, our colleagues showed what is possible when athletic commitment meets good mood.
With a total of 110 runners, colleagues from Pepperl+Fuchs and the company’s subsidiary Vision Machine Technic Bildverarbeitungssysteme GmbH (VMT) started on June 26. And with a total of 5,468 finishers, this was a strong performance – crowned by 10th place in the team ranking with the most finishers, for which we even got to take a trophy home!
In the individual ranking, we convinced with three runners in the top 100, including an outstanding 16th place in the overall ranking and a sensational 4th place in the team ranking – a truly top performance!
Along the 5.2-kilometer route to the finish line, there was plenty of applause and support from our supporters, which provided additional motivation and a good mood.
Our team was also at the forefront when it came to creativity: Our Bananas quartet was recognized in the costume competition as a creative highlight – a real eye-catcher with a lot of charm and humor.
All in all, it was a thoroughly successful event that once again showed: running together is simply better! Many thanks to everyone who participated, cheered and celebrated with us – we are already looking forward to 2026!
