Vladimíra works as a warehouse operator at Pepperl+Fuchs in Trutnov. In this interview, she tells us what she particularly likes about her work, how she spends her free time and what she is particularly looking forward to in the near future.
How did you come to work at Pepperl+Fuchs?
My son used to work at Pepperl+Fuchs and was very happy there. After 15 years in my previous job, I felt it was time for a change, and the warehouse at Pepperl+Fuchs was the clear choice for me.
What do you enjoy most about working as warehouse operator at Pepperl+Fuchs?
The work is varied and never monotonous, and we have a fantastic team. That’s what I enjoy the most.
After work…
How do you spend your free time outside of work? Do you have any favorite hobbies?
I try to spend as much time as possible with my grandchildren – they’re my little bundles of joy. My husband and I love cycling and going on trips. I also enjoy reading a good book or listening to music. Running is another passion of mine – I even took part in a relay race at the Trutnov half-marathon with my colleagues from the warehouse.
What are you most looking forward to in the near future, whether at work or in your personal life? Right now, I’m most excited about becoming a grandmother for the third time. The stork is expected to arrive in May.

Reliability, stability, and respectful communication.

Jak jste se dostala k práci v Pepperl+Fuchs?
V Pepperl+Fuchs pracoval můj syn a byl tu moc spokojený. Já sama jsem po 15 letech chtěla změnit zaměstnání a sklad v Pepperl+Fuchs pro mě byl jasnou volbou.
Co vás na práci ve skladu v Pepperl+Fuchs nejvíc baví?
Práce není jednotvárná a máme skvělý kolektiv. To mě na tom baví nejvíc.
Jak trávíte svůj volný čas mimo práci? Máte nějaké oblíbené koníčky?
Nejvíce času se snažím trávit s vnoučaty – jsou to moje štěstíčka. S manželem hodně jezdíme na kole, chodíme na výlety, ráda si přečtu pěknou knihu nebo si poslechnu muziku. Ráda také běhám – dokonce jsem běžela štafetu na trutnovském půlmaratonu s týmem kolegů ze skladu.
Na co se v nejbližší době nejvíc těšíte, ať už v práci, nebo v osobním životě?
Nejvíc se teď těším, že budu už potřetí babičkou. Čáp přiletí v květnu.
