Pepperl+Fuchs’ Supplier Appreciation Day 2025 in Singapore brought together top partners from across Asia for an appreciative celebration of excellence, collaboration, and future strategy. With 31 awards presented and a few surprise highlights, the event reinforced the importance of long-standing supplier relationships.
Last week, Pepperl+Fuchs proudly hosted its highly anticipated Supplier Appreciation Day 2025 in Singapore, a celebration of trust, innovation, and long-term collaboration. With over 60 guests joining from across Asia, as well as approximately 20 Pepperl+Fuchs employees from Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, the event was a heartfelt tribute to enduring partnerships and strategic vision.
Honoring Excellence
This year, 31 awards recognized outstanding contributions in both Direct and Indirect Materials categories. From Enduring Partnership Excellence to Innovation Excellence, each winner was selected through a transparent buyer rating system and presented with a brilliant crystal trophy – a symbol of mutual achievement.
The day began with a relaxed lunch, setting the tone for an engaging program. In the early afternoon, the formal session welcomed suppliers with gratitude and warm remarks, followed by corporate speeches from Mr. Ikar, Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management (joining via Webex), and Mr. Weiss, Vice President of Global Procurement & Logistics.

Memorable Highlights
The award ceremony was divided into two parts, spotlighting excellence in engineering, facility operations, service, and inventory partnership. A surprise moment came when the “Best Boss Award” was presented to Mr. Weiss by the Pepperl+Fuchs Procurement Team, a tribute that added laughter, applause, and genuine appreciation.
To top it off, our emcee closed the event with a spontaneous song that inspired a supplier to join in, an unexpected duet that left everyone smiling.
Looking Ahead
More than a celebration, the day reaffirmed our commitment to long-term collaboration, strategic alignment, and mutual growth. As the event drew to a close, one thing was clear: our suppliers are not just vendors – they’re partners in progress.
